Join us for a transformational journey into yoga that goes far beyond memorizing sequences. Our comprehensive 200-hour program is designed to help you deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and confidently step into the seat of a teacher. We believe there should be no scripts in yoga, which is why our training emphasizes discovering your unique voice and authentic teaching style.
Over the course of eight months, you’ll immerse yourself in:
- Asana Clinics – explore alignment, variations, and safe adjustments
- Meditation & Pranayama – cultivate focus, stillness, and inner awareness
- Anatomy & Physiology – understand the body and how yoga supports it
- History, Philosophy & Sanskrit – connect to yoga’s roots and language
- Specialty Practices – including Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga
- Ayurveda & Lifestyle – integrate the sister science of yoga into daily life
Classes begin each January and meet on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays (see schedule for specific weekends). In addition, students must attend at least two weekly studio classes to apply their learning—these classes are free for the duration of the training.
Required reading will be assigned (book list provided upon enrollment).
By the end of the program, you’ll graduate as a Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, equipped with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to lead with skill and heart.
